lotr exhibition
im munchin on super supreme cheese pizza as i type this ! :D
learnt and managed to see loads of things at the lord of the rings exhibition. the costumes, swords, props, how they used computer to create characters, and how the animation made the character come alive, it was incredible ! the way they turned just a simple green pasture in new zealand into "hobbiton", the home of hobbits! how i wish i was a hobbit, ha ha. and the way they created gollum, his actions, his skin and expressions, it was as if a real person ! honestly when i wtched the 2nd movie, i really thought it was a real person, ha ha. and the stunts they had to do, the ppl they had to use, the hobbits had to wake up in the break of dawn to wear on their feet, ears, wigs and wardrobe, ha ha. it was really a torture for them and 'sam' even counted the no. of times they had their 'feet' on but the camera didnt even take their feet ! ha ha. the way the makeup artists turned a normal human bring into a horrible scary orc ! he even fell asleep amist all that makeuping and pasting on of orc skin, ha ha ! oh gosh, all the prothestics and weapons, all so incredibly real ! and the trees which came alive ! ha ha it's so cool !
there were many ppl of all races at the exhibition too, fellow lord of the ring fans ! i specially liked sitting in the theatre wtchin the whole making of the movie, they certainly put in loads of effort and time ! they deserved the several no. of oscars they won. the miniature buildings and computer-effect monsters, wo! though it was freezing cold but it was interesting ! sad to say my dad fell aslp, ha ha. didnt manage to buy any merchandise cos my dad didnt allow :( but it was fun just viewing and playing around ! got to see arwen's necklace, the ring which "ruled them all", ha ha, and the stickers puzzles books and dvds !
yup, i think im gonna get more garlic bread :D
i am no man` hai ya! *doh*
